Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Lowkey. We are committed to delivering our "Lowkey Outside, Loud Inside" style to our community worldwide. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery

We ship via professional international couriers to the address provided during checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Business Days: Defined as Sunday through Thursday, excluding international and local holidays.

  • Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lowkey is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing an order.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

5. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Lowkey's responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier in perfect condition.

  • Carrier Liability: The courier is solely responsible for actual delivery times, delays, or distribution errors.

  • Exclusion of Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Force Majeure, strikes, customs clearance delays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event of a lost package or an exceptional delay, our customer support will act to assist you in locating the shipment and resolving the issue with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
