Welcome to Lowkey. This website operates as a virtual store for clothing and fashion and is owned by the brand (hereinafter: "the Business" or "Lowkey").

The provisions of these Terms of Service apply to any use and purchase made by you on the website and constitute the legal basis for any interaction between you and the Business. Browsing the website and/or purchasing a product from it constitutes your agreement to accept and act according to these Terms. If you do not agree to any of the conditions herein, you are requested not to make any use of the website.

1. Conditions for Purchasing on the Website

2. Order Placement and Pricing

The purchase transaction will be finalized only after the Business receives confirmation from the credit card company regarding the charge.

  • Clerical Errors: In the event of an exceptional and obvious error in the product description or its price (e.g., a price of 1 ILS instead of 100 ILS), the Business reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer. The customer shall have no claims regarding this.

  • The records in the Business's computer systems concerning actions carried out through the website will serve as prima facie evidence of their accuracy.

3. Product Warranty

The Company commits to supplying new, defect-free products that are materially identical to their descriptions and the images displayed on the site (slight color variations may occur between the screen and the actual product).

  • The product warranty covers manufacturing defects or material flaws that do not result from unreasonable use, natural wear and tear, or improper care contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by reasonable wear, improper use, or washing, drying, and ironing that do not comply with the product's care instructions.

  • In the event of a recognized material defect, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and in accordance with the law, to repair the product, replace it, or issue a refund.

  • Subject to any applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense (direct or indirect) caused to the customer and/or any third party as a result of using a product purchased on the site, except in cases where such liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.

  • Nothing stated herein derogates from consumer rights under any law.

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact Customer Service and provide proof of purchase for processing.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on this website, including copyrights, designs, methods, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of Lowkey.

  • It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, market, or translate any information from the website including trademarks, images, and texts without prior written permission from Lowkey.

  • The images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only.
